I am a certified sex therapist who helps people improve anxiety and depression, as well as improve sex and intimacy and resolve sexual dysfunction. I teach my clients accessible techniques that can be practiced almost anywhere (in the car, at home, at work, standing in line at the grocery store, etc.) that bring your body and mind OUT of fight/flight. This gives you a fighting chance to see through the distortions of the anxious mind, and give you back your energy to use towards your goals. It’s anxiety-provoking to invite someone into the nuance of your life and begin to unpack the layers. But the first step towards vulnerability is life-giving.
